General Returns

Nutrition Depot Houston accepts opened or unopened merchandise for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Unopened With a receipt: refunded to your original form of payment.
• Opened with a receipt: issued as in-store merchandise credit.

We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn't meet these conditions, and some orders may carry a restocking fee.

Final Sale Categories

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: hemp products, testosterone support supplements, research compounds, equipment, fitness equipment, beverages, food items, and clearance or marked-down merchandise.

Bulk Orders

Purchases of $200 or more, or of 10 or more units of a single item, are treated as bulk orders and are final sale — these cannot be returned for any reason. If a bulk order arrives damaged or short, let us know within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives defective or isn't what you ordered, hold onto it — don't throw anything away — and call us at (346) 516-0878 or bring it back to the store. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement, no hassle.

Online Orders

Purchases made through our website can be returned in-store or mailed back to us within 30 days of delivery. Orders paid by card online and returned in-store should be brought back with that same card.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or other proof of purchase (including a lookup by phone number or email if you checked out with us) is required for all returns and exchanges.
